"Scheduling" activities (Action) that will grow your business! Look at your calendar for the last 3 months.... what do you see? Is it filled with a reasonable amount of the key activities that need to happen in order to see growth i.e. larger weekly/monthly volumes, new representatives (at all levels of your team), new LOI's, and new executives (at all levels of your team)? If not, this is one changes you can make and lead you team to duplicate.

Question: "If everyone in your team duplicated (your last 3 months) i.e. the same level of scheduled events and volume building activities, would your business be growing faster? The principle of Duplication say that people will do what you do! Take your business to the next level! BY DESIGN... Schedule Success! Then Duplicate!

"If it isn't scheduled it will not get done!"

Massive Action = Massive Income!

a little bit of action = a little bit of income...

You get to design your life by designing your scheduled activities... You are in charge of what happens. When you schedule more you earn more! When you set a schedule you have a reasonable expectation or claim to bring your dreams into reality!

Make it a habit, get yourself a schedule and work it! Make sure that when you enroll a new member to your team that you "Schedule" their first series of meeting immediately... pull out both of your calendars and schedule their first meeting with immediately, tomorrow, this week, definitely within 10 days.... sooner is better! You will set in motion the development of the habit of Action!

Look at the next three month and develop a "Plan of Action"! Set the pace for growth within your team.

All the best,

Dan

Success in any endeavor does not happen by accident. Rather, it's the result of deliberate decisions, conscious effort, and immense persistence — all directed at specific goals.

~Gary Ryan Blair

If you want to take your mission in life to the Next Level, look inside. Permanent Income

Years ago one of my mentors asked me a very important question: He asked, “Is your current income Temporary or Permanent?”

Well I have to admit that I didn’t understand the question. So I said, “What do you mean temporary or permanent?”

Temporary Income

He went on to explain that when we earn income, exchanging time for money, our income is temporary. That is when we work for an hourly wage, a salary, a commission, or provide services for a professional fee, i.e. an attorney, accountant, doctor or consultants, we are clearly making this exchange of time for money. Now granted, this is the way that most everyone you know makes a living, or earns an income. So most people you know have temporary income. It is earned income and therefore requires that we do something everyday in order to continue to earn that level of income. Take a day off and you don’t earn. Now I know about personal time and vacation time, but what happens when you take the year off? You get the point.

Then he explained that when you “work” exchanging “Time for Money” you are simply renting your life to another. It is like renting an apartment. You pay the rent, (paying someone else’s mortgage, building another’s asset) but build no equity of your own. Everyone knows that owning is better than renting. When you work for someone else you do not have ownership, you build no asset, you have nothing to show for your years of hard work.

At this point in the discussion I realized my income was “temporary” and somehow knowing this was disturbing to me. I knew there were not enough hours in the day, or days in the week, to make that exchange often enough to create wealth. I felt lied to, the promise I was made growing up i.e. get a good education, get a “good” job, work thirty years and retire to the “good life” was simply a misinformed strategy that everyone I knew was engaged in.

But, just because everyone does it, does not make it the best or most effective way to build a lifestyle or plan for a successful retirement. It doesn’t take long to do the math, add up the number of years left before retirement, times annual income, minus living expense to realize it just doesn’t add up well. Another way to see this is, take all the money you have in savings, divide it by the number of years you have worked. That’s the average amount money you save every year. Multiply that number by the years left before you plan to retire. What an eye opener that is.

Small business owners are not any better off, sometimes worse off. They have made the commitment to start a business, taken the risks, put in the hours, hired the staff etc… only to find they are a prisoner to the business, they have no life outside of the business. They have ownership of an asset, but no lifestyle. No leverage, no permanent income. Many I know haven’t had a real vacation in a decade.

Real Estate is an option; like a small business, if you have enough capital, good credit, time to provide the sweat equity to manage tenants and property upkeep. Once the property is paid for (20 years later) and you have competent management, the cash flow can be enough. But it all comes with risks, many of which are out of your control. But it is a strategy.

Again many of us grew up hearing; get a good education, get good grades, work in a job/profession, and then retire to the good life. Well is it working for most people? Not according to the statistics. 95% of us reach retirement age without the financial resources to live well, in those later years.

So what is the other concept “Permanent Income”?

Well it’s simple; you stop renting and start owning. Get out of the rat race of exchanging time for money. Just knowing there is another model will inform all your new business decisions. You either build an asset base (investment portfolio) or build a business. The “Best” businesses are “System Dependant” not people dependent. People dependant means dependant on YOU. Whenever you are the “important” part of the financial success you have to be there. That means zero leverage. You want to become “unimportant” to the generation of your income. Find a business designed to provide you with maximum leverage through a systematic business model. Any business model that is systems driven can provide better leverage. Franchises provide this kind of systems or format, which allow them to duplicate success in multiple locations over wide geographic areas. If you follow the systems, the systems work. Owning one franchise is like buying a job, building several may allow for financial leverage and time freedom. Let’s be clear, you must have a product or service that moves to an end line consumer, but it is how that distribution happens that will determine whether you have temporary of permanent income.

Why Network Marketing/Network Distribution?

In my opinion, Network Marketing provides the best of all worlds, the start up costs are low, and the upside potential is enormous. With the right project risk is nonexistent. Networking Distribution by design is built systematically, once it is built properly, i.e. following the system, it continues to pay you every month whether you “work” or not. It provides the leverage of resources, time and energy; it provides Training Systems, Marketing Systems and the clear Business Model needed to secure an ongoing revenue stream. Network Distribution is that unique business model that provide franchise like, systematic methods of bringing a product or service to the market, while harnessing the power of current trends and the power of good marketing. Successful network marketing companies provide innovative, results driven products, creating the potential for “Permanent Income”, without capital at risk, it is truly a remarkable business system.

Today network distribution is gaining widespread acceptance and has proven itself to be the business model of choice for millions of people worldwide who use these systems and methods successfully everyday. Here is what some are saying today:

“If I were starting over today, I would make millions in the Network Marketing Industry.” -Donald Trump 2007

“There will be 10 million new millionaires created in the Wellness and Network Marketing industry.” -Paul Zane Pilzer 2006

Once I understood the difference between “Temporary Income and Permanent Income” I felt my regular, respectable job, was nothing more than a prison for my entrepreneurial spirit. Knowing that there was a better way, I became determined to understand and then master the system of creating permanent income. Acting on this information has made all the difference. I am grateful to those who helped me see and understand these differences and to those amazing people, who then taught me the value of building a successful network marketing business.

"I would rather be ashes then dust! Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We were born to manifest the glory of God within us. Its not just in some of us, its in everyone - and as we let our light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. Business owners allow customers to buy, but that does not mean they “sell”. Business Owners provide services and products and the public buys from them.

Business owners look to build long term relationships with customers, Sales people sometimes are just working for a paycheck or commission. Temporary Income!

The difference is in the long-term view which you have as a business owner, and all good businesses focus on providing more Value to the customer the price the customer pays.

(Concept)
We are just the “Tour Guides”! (not Salespeople) Walking people through the landscape of the “exhibit” - our Markets and Opportunity, our business model, timing and leveraged compensation, when we get to the end of the tour they either exit to the “Parking Lot” through the “Gift Shop” (become a customer) or they say “tell me more about getting started in the Business.” (Become a rep)

We are looking for people who “Recognize” our opportunity; they do not need to be convinced. They may need additional information and will verify the facts before deciding to participate. But they quickly “see” our market position and decide to learn more and then join the team, follow the “system” and succeed.

Agreement #1 Yes, I am open to new business ideas…

Agreement # 2 Yes, I would take action now, when/if I find/found the right project!

Agreement # 3 Can we agree that the –Anti-Aging and Wellness Market is large and growing fast? Expected to grow by over One trillion …

Agreement #4 Breakthrough Technology – What if I had an innovative technology or advantage, which would allow me to make the competition irrelevant in the market place and therefore gain significant market share in this fast moving market

Agreement # 5 Economic Opportunity – Doesn’t it make sense that if we could dominate that market, there would be considerable financial rewards?

Agreement: #6 Will you Commit to do your due diligence? Make a decision Yes or No! Either way, no hard feeling… Fair enough?

Great! Let’s discuss more of the details.

Next Move Strategy: Another Set of Agreements

What is your best email address and I will agree to get you additional information today… When will you be able to review that information so we can discuss this project in greater detail?

Great, if you review it tonight like you agreed to do, I will call you tomorrow at 9:00am to answer any questions and discuss the next step, fair enough?

Great. I may have my business partner on the phone with me when I call you tomorrow at 9:00am if that is OK with you? Great talk with you tomorrow.

Follow up call:
Call at the scheduled and appointed time ask if they have review the materials, answer question and clarify or explain details, then ask if they would like to know how to get started. Explain the “How To Get Started” and invite them to start their account…

Note: Be careful when you are telling the story… If you lead with the Product the prospect will think either Dan wants me to “Buy” something or “Sell” something! That is the focus of teh conversation. If you really want them to understand and then join you in building a business then make sure you speak directly to that goal. Do not assume they will always connect all the dots...

If you lead with the “Market” of the Baby Boomers and the Anti-aging Industry or Market you raise up the opportunity to a Business Idea or Project! When they understand the BIG picture they will understand the power and value of the product innovations in light of the bigger market penetrating opportunity.

Monologue Vs. Then go on to get jobs and try and use their education to get ahead. The problem often is that we are barely conscious at that age, and the jobs we get take us in a directions that lead to nowhere. Stuck in a job that is less than satisfying, but we have kids, a mortgage etc..... So we feel we have to keep on going endlessly... Well it doesn't have to be that way. You can get off that path and onto living the life of your dreams... You still dream don't you?

Are you tired of working 40-60 hours per week working for someone else?

Do you want more financial Security? Do you want your “work” to become more satisfying and personally rewarding, an adventure rather that a task?

Why starting your own Business may be the right thing to do NOW!

The Facts:

1. Did you know that 74% of all the personal wealth in our country is created, by individuals who own their own businesses (According the experts: Insurance Statistics and the U.S. Dept of Health and Human services).

2. The Tax Benefits: There is another tax code for business owners that you cannot access if you are not a business owner. Start a part-time business and you get the same tax benefits of a big business. The tax benefits alone could help you realize significant benefits.

3. Become profitable right away: We can show you how to start a profitable business on a shoestring and start generating more income Fast!

4. Enjoy the Lifestyle of the self-employed. Being the owner has its perks: Time flexibility, need time off, just ask the new boss, You. Profits are better than wages, begin earning what you are really worth. No commuting required. Focus on results not hours on the clock,

The Right Attitude

Not everyone is cut out to run his or her own business. Some people are “natural followers”. Others are leaders who have already made the decision to be in charge of their destiny. In between, there are those that currently work for someone else at a job or in a career, but who would rather be working form themselves.

Chances are, you are one of the those people looking for just the “Right Time” or “Right Situation” to cross the line and make the leap to a better life! But there it is, the most important step, make the decision, to muster the ambition and courage to step into the Market Place and Make it Happen! 85% of your Success or Failure, in any new business venture, is dependant more on your Attitude and the depth of your Commitment to change than any other factor. The other 15% of the success formula are the specific product and industry knowledge, which are more easily learned. Start a business with an attitude of let’s see if we can get lucky and you are doomed from the start.

The Right Market

Finding the right market is the first step to success. Look around; you’ll see it everywhere, advertising and news coverage regarding a generally agreed upon need in the market not yet solved. A market where the growing demand is strong, where you can easily see future growth and ongoing revenue increases year after year. When a Market goes from “Small to BIG!” you are there with the Better Solution.

The Right Product

The product should be a proven performer with unique and innovative characteristics. The Ideal product is Unique, Patented, Innovative and consumable. A product, or product line that provided an elegant Solution to a common problem. A Product Solution that is used up quickly and must be repurchased over and over again through you!

The Right Coaching and System

Receiving the right kind of personalized coaching and training (that other 15%) is essential to success. It is important to get started right, putting first things, first. Profitability, efficient use of time and simple straightforward systems are key. Knowing what to do, is what experience is all about. Having a “Coach” and following a proven system, helps you get off to a great start. If you desire more independence, financial security and control over your lifestyle, your ability to do and have and be all that you want NOW, then action is required.

So, if you can convince yourself that you could have it all, live the life of your dreams, and we provided the system, coaching and support you needed, would you get started now?

Got, Give and Get!

We have been discussing the development of goals and action plans with various members of the team over the last several weeks and I have been learning a lot form all of you. Thanks!

Here a few ideas that have surfaced through our interaction and reflection.

Goals are most powerful when they are aligned with our deepest mission.

Goals need to have a date of completion; the difference between a Dream and a Goal is a deadline or date of completion.

Making a list of the “Things” I want to have by the end of 2009 is a good place to start. I recommend you take out a clean piece of paper, number each line and write down all the things you want to have this year, BIG and small…

In a conversation about this topic with Michelle the other morning, she added another level of insight and a point of view to consider: Make a list of all your personal assets i.e. a Gratitude List! (The things you have already, your GOT List)

Examples: You speak English, you have Friends, your have the ability to read and learn, you have work experience, you know our currency, you have a sense of Humor, you have a unique laugh, You have Compassion, Generosity, Truthfulness etc. We all may want to take account for all we currently have. This is what we have referred to as the BEING part of the Success Equation.

Next consider a Give List: The idea here is everyone has something to give.

Examples: We can give of our time, we can offer a listening ear, we can give a smile, or hug, we can live by example the character will value, we can share a word of encouragement, we can catch someone doing something good and acknowledge them for it by naming the virtue we see and notice, we can share our experience an knowledge, we can give voice to hope and strength etc…

So I am building three separate lists:

#1 My Goal list or “GET LIST”
#2 My Gratitude List of “GOT LIST”
#3 My Service list or “GIVE LIST”

Work on these three list for yourself, Find your native value, Discover the power of Service, the giving to others and watch what happens as you figure out new ways to give, and notice what happens to your Getting list…

Mission –Roles – Vision - Goals – Action Plans

Let's review a few of the concepts we have been discussing lately.

Mission – What is important to you ---- REALLY IMPORTANT!

Vision – Where you want to go

Goals - Milestones on the path towards your “Mission Accomplished”

Roles – All the different Hats you ware

Plan of Action - Those things done daily that move you towards your Mission Accomplished

Animate Your Business

Animate- Bring to life! When we bring a deep sense of connection to our action plans we infuse them with life, make them real, potent, vital, sensible and more passionate. In order to bring all that you are to your action plan you must make certain decisions. Working on Mission is the work required. When we make these fundamental decisions (discover what is most important) everything else flows. Michelle and I always saw it as a big task... but it as she discovered is about Honoring what has happened in the past. It is part of who we are, part of the paint already on the canvas. Using our life experience to make new decisions is part of the process.

Mission- What is "Most" important to me. Michelle and I have struggles with this concept for many years and have reach a point of clarity. Build from where you are now. So we are starting fresh with all our experiences, all the good and the bad.

One of my favorite books is the Fable: The Alchemist: A Fable About Following Your Dream by Paulo Coelho

A great read for those who want to better understand the purpose behind the struggles life brings when we decide to pursue our Dreams!

Alchemy the ancient process of turning Base Metal into GOLD! Modern Alchemy turning something ordinary into something extraordinary!

The Alchemy Process invites us to look to the future in a way that makes us able to see a better brighter possibility for what our potential is! Then we simply commit to do it.

We could focus on our short comings, which might be many, but focusing on our innate greatness and the real possibilities of change and growth is the path less traveled.

Example:
If you are struggling with 2nd grade math … how can you see a future with Calculus and Trigonometry? Physics? Honors High School Math classes?

Add less then supportive parents and teachers and you could spiral into thinking it will never happen, "Not for ME!" We are here to live our full potential, and that is the harder then soem would have you believe. But, it is the "Noble" path.

What If you could look into a crystal ball and see yourself, as you would be if and when you abandoned all self-limiting beliefs and attitudes, if you left all doubt, and fear behind, you know you would see an individual of personal power, Character, Substance and influence you aspire to be! It is already in you! Bring it out.

“It is not explanations that carry us forward, but our will to go on.”

Potential --- Action --- Results --- Beliefs

Be Do Have or Have Be Do

Designing Your Life Plan

Creating Success is work. But living a "normal" Life is work to. The path we have been on, has been difficult. The Path that leads to our "Ideal" Life, the life of our Dreams will have challenges too, but the challenges or difficulties will those of our own choosing.

“This is a great truth, one of the greatest truths... Once we truly know that life is difficult once we truly understand and accept it -- then life is no longer difficult. Because once it is accepted, the fact that life is difficult no longer matters.”- M. Scott Peck

In other words, what we have been doing is no more difficult than living a life that brings us the greatest joy and happiness and success ... So WHY NOT START LIVING IT NOW? Good Question.

First Step is to Design the Life You Want! No easy task for most but essential to any real success plan.

So lets Start. Write at least ten things you want to accomplish in each of the following Goal Area. Add to the list if you wish.

Goal Areas
Business
Personal accomplishments or achievements
Finances
Personal Development -Who am I becoming
Relationships - Personal
Spiritual
Physical Fitness
Health
Parenting
Educational or Learning
Hobbies
Community Contributions
Legacy

“If one advances confidently in the direction of his dreams and endeavors to live the life which he has imagined, he will meet with success unexpected in common hours.”
-Henry David Thoreau

"People are always blaming circumstances for what they are. But the people who get on in this world are those who get up and look for the circumstances they want, and if they can't find them, they make them."
-George Bernard Shaw

Develop a Plan!

plan n
1. a method of doing something that is worked out usually in some detail before it is begun and that may be written down in some form or simply retained in memory
v
1. vti to work out in advance and in some detail how something is to be done or organized

Animate that plan with positive emotions

an i mate
2. to rouse or inspire somebody to take action or to have strong feelings
5. to bring somebody or something to life
adj
2. full of liveliness or energy

Imagination bring your Dreams to life through the Design of your Life Plan.

"Your imagination is your preview to life’s coming attractions." ~Albert Einstein

Become the Architect of your future life, Design and drawn up in great details, so you can then construct it in the "Real" world.

Most people spend more time planning their vacations than they do planning their lives.

If you could design a Blueprint for your Ideal life what would it look like?

Its purpose is simple and powerful: to define, in detail, exactly what you want your life to be like in every important area.

You are the Designer of the PLAN.

Take the time required to think through the design of your life. You are worth it. You can accomplish this. You can act on the plan and build your Dream and Ideal Life. Other have and are enjoy the Lifestyle of their dreams. Why not Me, Why not Me! Pay the Price! Pay the Price!

Begin it now.

“Until one is committed, there is a hesitancy, The chance to draw back, always ineffectiveness.

Concerning all acts of initiative (and creation), There is one elementary truth, the ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans;

That the moment one definitely commits oneself, Then Providence moves too.

All sorts of things occur to help one That would never have otherwise occurred.

A whole stream of events issue from the decision, Raising in one’s favor all manner of unforeseen incidents And meetings and material assistance, which no man
Could have dreamed would have come his way.

Whatever you can do or dream you can, begin it.

Boldness has Genius, Power and Magic in it.

Begin it now.”

- Goethe

Sequence of Events

Invitation – Qualify the prospects interest and access level of commitment to change!
We only want to work with people who are ready for change and recognize that our project is the right place for them to invest their time and energy. My Goal is to share my insights and experiences learned from more than 20 years of Network Marketing Success!

Let it Begin!

Habits and Consistent Daily Actions of a Network Marketing Leader

By Dan Conlon
262-375-9322
danconlon@bigplanet.com

HABITS: YOU ARE WHAT YOU REPEATEDLY DO

“The beginning of a habit is like an invisible thread.
Every time you repeat the act you strengthen the strand.
You add to it another filament with each repetition,
until it becomes a great cable and binds you irrevocably to each thought and act.

First you make your habits and then they make you.

Your thoughts lead you to your purpose.
Your purpose always manifests into action.
Your actions form your habits.
Your habits determine your character,
and your character fixes your destiny.

Your habits are either the best of servants or the worst of masters.”

Action is the key to success in any business venture. The market rarely comes to you, you must go out and find it and bring it in to your business.

VISION

“If one advances confidently in the direction of his dreams and endeavors to live the life which he has imagined, he will meet with success unexpected in common hours.”
-Henry David Thoreau

George Bernard Shaw said it perfectly: "People are always blaming circumstances for what they are. But the people who get on in this world are those who get up and look for the circumstances they want, and if they can't find them, they make them."

The first thing all successful leaders have is VISION. They can clearly see a future they are committed to creating and they ramp up the energy, vitality, drive, focus and personal recourses to go make it a reality. They act now.
“TO MUCH ANALYSIS CAUSES PARALYSIS”

"Your imagination is your preview to life’s coming attractions." ~Albert Einstein

AN ACTION PLAN

“The greatest loss in life is the difference between human potential and actual performance.” Jim Rohn

A good action plan focuses on income producing activities i.e.
1. Contacting new prospects
2. Presenting our product innovations and business model
3. Follow through
4. Enrolling prospects as new customers or new representatives
5. Training these action steps and supporting their actions and growth

A good action plan is executed on a daily basis, however small the actions each day, do something that effects the bottom-line of your business.

Example: (This is just an example your personal goals will determine your action plan)

You commit 1-2 hours per day to contacting new people, and inviting them to learn about your new products or business. Contacting just 3 new prospects each day, on a consistent basis is powerful. How powerful, well lets look at that: 3 new prospects contacted each day for 5 days per week equals 15 new contacts per week right! (it could be 6 or 7 days per week depending on your goals) At this level of activity, you set in motion a tremendous amount of marketing power. When you ask this many people to take a look at your product innovations and business model you get results. You enroll new customers and you enroll new reps. All this activity creates income for you. This way you do not need to feel like your trying to sell them on your ideas, you reach out to them and let them respond. Either way they choose does not matter, you are on a roll. You will meet with success.

1-2 hours per day focused on this activity unleashes tremendous growth potential. When this is done consistently over a 90-day window you have contacted 180 people.

3 new contacts x 5 days = 15 new contacts per week.
15 per week x 4 weeks per month equals 60 per month.
60 new contacts per month x 3 months = 180 new contacts

So action does matter. Stay focused on what your objectives are, not how this person or that person reacts. Stay on track with your plan and the bigger picture. When you get stuck in “evaluating” each response you move your focus to “Why” didn’t they see it? Their why is up to them. It is OK. Not everyone will respond with a “yes I can’t wait to see you.” You are not trying to make them do anything they are not interested in doing, right?

Stay with your plan for 90 days or more so you can experience the real effect of an action plan. Changing your action plan everyday or week is madness.

Example: (I have seen this kind of situation many times)
If you are headed “West” (That’s your Plan of Action) for a few days and then because someone you called was not interested today, you decide to “Change” or adjust your plan and decide to now go “South” for a few days. Until someone else’s response sends you back to the “evaluation mode”, you then re-think your plan and you now decide that going “East” is the best way to proceed. What begins to happen is you go “West” for a while then change your plan and go ”South” then change again and go “East” and than get back on track with your “Original Plan of Action” and get back on track headed “West” you will find yourself “going in circles” making no real progress at all. You will feel frustrated an ineffective. Stay focused on your plan and your will reach the goals you set out to achieve.

When we let others opinions drive a decision making process, we are doomed from the start. You deserve success and that means doing what others may be afraid to do for themselves. The best thing you can do for others is to commit to your goals and vision. When you do build it they will all tell you they “knew” you be successful. You’ll think where were you when I needed your support…

Mark Twain Said it best (paraphrasing) : “If you know how little other people thought about you, you wouldn’t care what they thought.”

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We were born to manifest the glory of God within us. Its not just in some of us, its in everyone - and as we let our light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."
MARIANNE WILLIAMSON
UNDERSTANDING OTHER PEOPLE’S MOTIVATIONS

Don’t confuse someone’s resume, personality, proven skills and good character with their readiness and “Motivation” for action within your business. People will most likely do what is in their best and selfish best interests. Selfish is not used as a negative here. It is what we should all do. Focus on what is best right now for us.

So when prospecting, we are not only looking for people with good skills and resumes but also individuals that have a personal motivation to act and act to NOW! The timing needs to be good for them, right now. It does not have to be perfect timing, for most people there is no such thing as perfect timing to do anything, i.e. get married, start a family, change jobs, start a business. They just do it when they do it. It is a gut feeling, a certain kind of readiness.

"None are more trapped than those who think they are free but not "
- Goethe

“Formal education will make you a living; self-education will make you a fortune.
If you don't like how things are, change it! You're not a tree.
If you go to work on your goals, your goals will go to work on you. If you go to work on your plan, your plan will go to work on you. Whatever good things we build end up building us.

We get paid for
bringing value to the market place.

Without a sense of urgency, desire loses its value.

You must take personal responsibility. You cannot change the circumstances, the seasons, or the wind, but you can change yourself. That is something you have charge of.

Failure is not a single, cataclysmic event. You don't fail overnight. Instead, failure is a few errors in judgment, repeated every day.”
-Anonymous

'The tragedy of life is what dies inside a man while he lives”

SHORT PRESENTATIONS & INVITE OTHERS TO ACTION

Time is a non-renewable resource, so you want to use it as wisely as possible. I have found that short, well thought out presentation of 10-15 minutes is enough to discover if someone has the motivation to act now.
I recommend covering the basics, i.e. The Markets, (Anti-Aging and Wellness) The Company and it history of Innovations, and the Timing and market positioning we enjoy. Confirm that they really understand these elements and invite them to take action. Become a customer or enroll as a business builder at some level NOW.

RESULTS – A CALL TO ACTION

Leaders are all about the results. When you are clear on what you expect in terms of results, it helps you focus on that outcome. A product presentation ends with an invitation to become a customer. A business presentation will lead to an invitation to join the team, become a rep. and build at their pace to meet their goals. You are looking for people who know that tis is the right thing for them to be doing at this time in their life

SPONSOR CENTERS OF INFLUENCE

Leaders know that when they recruit an individual they are recruiting that persona center if influence. This is why leaders duplicate more quickly, they understand the bigger picture and the ultimate goal –Team Building and leadership development. Let others take charge of their business growth and development by following a simple system. Leaders teach a simple system that allows for rapid duplication of results. Invite, present and enroll.

PACE: DO WHAT YOU WANT OTHERS TO DO

Leadership is all about action. Do as I do, is the corner stone of effective leadership. When your action plan includes talking to new people everyday it shows up in your team. Someone once asked me: “If your team did today exactly what you did today, would your business grow?” An important understanding, nothing just happens. You set the “Pace” of how fast your team grows. The pace is everything. If you are unwilling to invite, present and enroll new people why would anyone else do it first. You cannot carry anyone across the finish line in business or in life, but you can stay out in front and lead the way to the finish line.

SEEK GOOD COACHING
Every great player has a coach. Usually in sports a player has several coaches along the way, from amateur player to professional. There are several proven leaders in your upline, men and women who care about your success. They have done it, built a successful network marketing business, they have coached others successfully and do that well or they would not have success themselves, and they are willing to help you too. Why not ask for their help, and follow their coaching with conviction, trust and confidence.

COURSE CORECTION
Every 90 days or so you can take a few minutes to evaluate what you have experienced, learned and discovered. Then recommit to your plan making the right corrections.

"You have to decide what your highest priorities are and have the courage -- pleasantly, smilingly, non-apologetically -- to say 'no' to other things. And the way you do that is by having a bigger 'yes' burning inside. The enemy of the 'best' is often the 'good.'"
-Stephen Covey

STUFF HAPPENS ALONG THE WAY
“This is a great truth, one of the greatest truths... Once we truly know that life is difficult
once we truly understand and accept it -- then life is no longer difficult.
Because once it is accepted, the fact that life is difficult no longer matters.”
- M. Scott Peck
“The diamond cannot be polished without friction, nor the man perfected without trials.”
- Chinese Proverb
“No man ever achieved worth-while success who did not, at one time or other, find himself with at least one foot hanging well over the brink of failure.”
-Napoelon Hill
COMFORT ZONE

KEEN OBSERVERS AND GREAT LISTENERS

One of the most important skills, of the many skills of top leaders is their ability to become keen observers and really good listeners. When you focus on helping others, it shifts your attention from your needs to the needs of others. Knowing your own needs first is important, so that the actions you choose are in alignment with your goals and mission. However, once you know where you are going the next step is to begin really looking and listening and observing others, so you can discover the right people, and you need the right people on your team, if you want to be competitive in the “Game” of business. Every great team has a couple of Marque players, you may be one of them, but you will need others to compete. When you take the time to pay attention to those around you, you will find they are potentially everywhere.

GET STARTED

Something magical happens when you commit to action and then get started.

Begin it Now
“Until one is committed, there is a hesitancy, The chance to draw back, always ineffectiveness.

Concerning all acts of initiative (and creation), There is one elementary truth, the ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans;

- Goethe

PROMISE YOURSELF

“To be so strong that nothing can disturb your peace of mind.
To talk health, happiness, and prosperity to every person you meet.
To make all your friends feel that there is something in them.
To look at the sunny side of everything and make your optimism come true
To think only the best, to work for the best, and to expect only the best.
To be just as enthusiastic about the success of others as you are about your own.
To for get the mistakes of the past and press on to the greater achievements of the future.
To wear a cheerful countenance at all times and give every living creature you meet a smile.
To give so much time to the improvement of yourself that you have no time to criticize others.
To be too large for worry, too noble for anger, too strong for fear; and too happy to permit the presence of trouble.
To think well of yourself and to proclaim this fact to the world, not in loud words, but in great deeds. “

Success is within your reach, set a goal to live your life with the full expectation of reaching every goal you set. And remain committed to becoming the kind of person you really know you can become. Act, trust the system, learn and grow, change for the better, live your life full out. Nothing can stop you form living the life of your dreams. Simply ACT.
